  Staff doesn't care about customers. All millennial generation. After mistakes are made they are apologetic. Orders are always wrong for KFC. One example I called in order and was not ready. When I waited 30 minutes the order was wrong. While they prepared another order the wait was over an hour more then 7 other customers had to have their orders replaced until KFC ran out of certain menu items. Now I drive from Lincoln to Pell City. Owners evidently don't care either. So sorry for Lincoln.

  This review is specific to the night shift at this particular location. For the past three weeks, I've been coming to this location at night because I like Taco Bell and because I'm working in the area. Every single night that I've came by here, something has been wrong. Most of the time, my order is not right. Either they're in too big of a hurry to listen to my order or they get confused. I'm not really sure what it is. The last two times I've been by here at night, they've been out of the things I want. The employees seem annoyed when I get up to the window and they act like I'm burdening them. This is unacceptable. I've worked fast food myself when i was younger so I can understand the frustrations. I also know that sometimes people have bad days. Hell I have them all the time but when it is consistently affecting the overall level of customer service, something needs to be done. I will continue to come to this location as long as I'm working in the area as I don't really like the other options available but the night shift needs an attitude adjustment. For all of this, I can say that the day shift employees are wonderful. I've never had an issue during the day time and they deserve praise. I really hope that corporate sees this review but I doubt it.
