  I just went threw the drive threw, and ordered a large caramel frappe, without whipped cream. I paid $3.95 for this drink. They put whipped cream on it anyways. After I told them it was made incorrectly, they scooped threw whipped cream off ( not that big of a deal, even tho I work hard for every cent, and they JUST TOOK MY ORDER IN THE DRIVE THREW), and they handed my cup back, missing a quarter of the drink. They lady gave me the drink back TWICE, then asked me to pull up to the door. Another lady BROUGHT MY DRINK BACK THE SAME WAY! I sent her back. THE MANAGER CAME OUTSIDE AND YELLED AND SCREAMED AT ME, TOLD ME TO LEAVE, AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER NAME!!!!
